The anchor point UnitFix Bended or Flat is a solid and aesthetically pleasing anchor point for metal roofs, equipped with a fall indicator.
The anchor point can be fixed with 8 rivets supplied after drilling the holes with a diameter between 5.2 and 5.5 mm.
Bitumen tape is supplied as standard, which is applied at the bottom between the metal roof and the UnitFix for waterproofing.
The special pop rivets are also fitted with an EPDM ring to help ensure watertightness.
The strength of the anchorage should be calculated by the installer, assuming a tensile value of 12 kN when used by one person and 13 kN when used by two people.
