OVERHEAD LINE SYSTEM FOR FALL SAFETY ON OBJECTS As an overhead line system, Travelfix offers a suitable method for fall protection and for securing and working safely on top of elevated objects inside an area.
Elevated objects in an area can include tankers, trailers, planes, prefabricated elements, etc. and in case these objects have a height difference of more than 2.5 meters.
The Overhead Line System type Travelfix is mounted in a line above the work area where fall danger is present.
Fall protection is then guaranteed in the entire area under the Overhead Line System.
The innovative end points allow the line system to be easily attached to steel or concrete structures.
The Travelfix line system can be used both as a fall protection system and as a positioning system.
It can also be mounted as an Overhead Line System, but also as a Line System on a wall in case of, for example, a narrow passage or ledge where safe walking is required.
The stainless steel Travelfix trolley is designed to move smoothly and stably over the stainless steel cable and position itself continuously above the user.
Without interruption, the shuttle easily passes intermediate points.
As soon as the user moves, the shuttle automatically positions itself at the height of the user.
By attaching a fall arrest block to the shuttle, the fall of a person is prevented and serious injury is avoided.
