The line system is made of stainless steel 316
The Steelfix line system is ideally suited as fall protection for all types of metal roofs with a flat surface.
Only the top metal layer is pierced for mechanical attachment, so not through-and-through.The line system is specially developed and suitable for steel plate and metal roofs, thanks to the innovative and patented fix line system.
This line system contains strong force absorbing elements, which greatly reduce the forces in the event of a fall so that damage to the person and the roof are minimized.
The rivets on the four corners of the Steelfix anchor points provide ample attachment and realize a reliable form of fall protection.
All anchor points are supplied with bitumen tape placed under the four corners.
In combination with the tensile nails with an EPDM ring, this provides an excellent waterproof finish to the holes.
With the advantage of not fixing complete roof panels through-and-through, the Steelfix Line System as fall protection offers a solid and safe solution for roofs of, among other things, cold rooms.
The risk of thermal bridge formation is prevented.
