Eyecatcher is a well-known party by now in the offshore vessels.
For example, the Pioneering Spirit was provided with various fall protection systems, advice was given for additional safety devices on the Solitaire and also the Breavehart Spirit was provided with climbing protection by installing a Saferail Steel Galvanized system. In the spring of 2022, we moonpooled for Braveheart Marine.
Braveheart Marine added the 70-meter vessel the Braveheart Spirit to its fleet early this year.
The Braveheart Spirit is being converted into an offshore survey vessel.
Braveheart Marine specializes in hydrographic measurements of the seabed.
For the Braveheart Spirit this means that the vessel will be equipped with a moonpool to which hydrographic equipment can be attached.
In addition to the moonpool, the Braveheart Spirit will also be equipped on the aft deck with a 14.5-meter high A-frame that has a capacity of 30 tons. The A-frame is the next project Hoekman Shipbuilding B.V. is working on.
Making the foundations and bolts will take until approximately until the construction vacations.
After the construction break, the A-frame will be placed on the aft deck of the Braveheart Spirit.
