EYECATCHER BV’S QUALITY, HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT (CREST) POLICY

EYECATCHER BV’s Quality, Occupational Health and Environment (KAM) policy is aimed at achieving an optimal working environment for people and the environment. This can be achieved by guaranteeing the quality of the work we perform, the safety, health and welfare of our employees and care for the environment. The basic principles here are to give high priority to the prevention of personal injury as well as material and environmental damage during the work. We expect employees to keep each other alert and call each other to account for unsafe working methods or situations. This also includes caring for third parties.

EYECATCHER complies with applicable laws and regulations and seeks to maintain this through active monitoring of legal developments related to its work. This enables early anticipation of future changes in laws and regulations. It also strives to continuously improve its business processes in order to raise quality, safety and environmental performance to a higher level, as well as to prevent environmental incidents that could have negative consequences for the environment.


Through the establishment of KAM objectives and targets, continuous attention is paid to the latter. The KAM objectives and targets are laid down in the management report and the related environmental aspects register and relate to all activities to be carried out by EYECATCHER, namely: developing, selling, assembling, installing and inspecting fall protection systems. EYECATCHER therefore holds the certifications carried out by DEKRA Exam GmbH in accordance with the EN standards and the PPE Regulation EU 2016/245. In addition, EYECATCHER is ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certified and an ISO 45001:2018 management system is active as a basis for carrying out work in accordance with the relevant standard requirements.


Within EYECATCHER, KAM is not regarded as a modern trend, but as a means of ensuring that people, equipment and the environment work together in a responsible and respectful manner when carrying out our work. By clearly and structurally mapping things out in advance, we prevent surprises during execution.

The policy and KAM objectives are communicated throughout the organization and companies and individuals engaged by EYECATCHER and will be updated regularly.

Ms. C.H. Schellingerhout has been appointed by the management as KAM coordinator and has been given the authority to maintain this policy and ensure its effectiveness. Mrs. C.H. Schellingerhout is supported in this by external experts from Occupational Health and Safety Service and IVARBO BV when it comes to specific quality, safety, health and environmental aspects.
